I’m Dino Favale, a Creative Director helping brands solve complex business challenges through strategy, creative leadership, and design.

I’ve spent more than 25 years working across brands, categories, and just about every kind of assignment you can imagine.

I like being close to the work. Sometimes that means setting the direction and leading a team. Sometimes it means working through a problem with a client, presenting the work, or getting into the details myself. Usually, it’s some combination of all of the above.

I believe the best work is collaborative. I value clear thinking, direct communication, no ego, and people who genuinely give a shit about the work. The process should be productive, but it should also be fun.

Today, I work directly with agencies, brands, and internal teams across creative direction, art direction, and design. I’m available for freelance and contract assignments and open to the right full-time opportunity.

Some assignments just need me. Others call for a broader team. When they do, I can bring in trusted strategists, writers, designers, photographers, developers, producers, and other talented people I’ve worked with over the years.
