Sleep Outfitters
Sleep Outfitters operated retail stores across the Central and Eastern United States under three different brand names. They approached us to undertake a comprehensive rebranding initiative that would unify all their retail brands into a single master brand. This process included developing the brand essence “Smarter Sleep Solutions,” the brand strategy “The Way Mattress Shopping Should Be,” and a new brand identity. We executed all touchpoints, from company culture to the customer shopping experience. The outcome is a completely new experience as relaxing and comfortable as the mattresses they sell.
