To support a best-selling book and a global fitness movement, EAS launched a new line of nutrition products designed to complement mindset, training, and everyday life. The opportunity was to move beyond product marketing and reinforce Body For Life as a lifestyle. Anchored by the rallying cry “Don’t Diet. Live It!”, the work reframed nutrition from restriction to empowerment, inviting people to stop dieting and start building sustainable habits for long-term transformation.
